HSL Construction have been providing Groundwork services across the Midlands since 2008.
Our team of Experienced Groundworkers hold Industry Qualifications in NPORS, CSKILLS, NRSWA Streetwork’s and Modular Training. As part of our Plant & Operator Hire, we can supply experienced Operators and Transport for most types of Groundworks including, Skid Steer Loaders, 360 Excavators, Road Planer and Paver.
HSL Construction have CHAS (Contractor Health & Safety) Premium Accreditations and have our own Health & Safety & Quality Managed Systems in Place which is Administered by our experienced Admin team here in Ripley.

Highway Maintenance / Road Maintenance / Kerb Edgings
HSL Construction, as a responsible road maintenance company, we are registered with the CITB scheme which enables us to provide further on-going training to our highway maintenance engineers as and when required. HSL Construction are registered with the CITB as an Approved Training Organisation ATO.
Our highway maintenance engineers are fully trained and hold NRSWA (Street Works) certification and hold have valid Certification for Road Planing, Dumper, 360 Excavator and Pedestrian Roller.
HSL Construction are committed to providing a Quality service throughout, our works are overseen by our management support team and Quality Surveyor to ensure customer satisfaction always.

Plant & Operator Hire
HSL Construction have a range of Quality Plant for Hire with Experienced fully trained operators on a daily basis.
We can supply Wirtgen Half Metre Planer, Skid Steer Loader, Ammann Paver and 360 Excavators with Operator and Transport across the Midlands areas.
All of our Plant and Equipment is Safety checked, Inspection certified and fully Insured.
