• A huge thank you to your polite and hard working staff team. I keep a horse in a livery yard, and your team have been so amazing every time I have rode my horse out in the morning. They have always, stopped vehicles, turned off engines and even reversed up the road to a large pull in so that I could pass them easily with my horse. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. All the staff working in this area are very polite and helpful, extremely courteous to everyone they see. Please share my sincere thanks to the teams working in the area, and HSL Construction should be very proud to have such a great staff working for them. • I visited one of the sites completed by HSL recently at Cappers Lane, Lichfield. I would just like to say thank you to you and your teams as the work looks the highest Quality, all the joints have been tied in well, along with a very good ride quality throughout.

  Last night the Trust held our Annual General Meeting and as Chairman I outlined the achievements that had been carried out on the site which arc the responsibility of the Trust and not the individual groups. Most of these improvements arc mainly down to you and your company's excellent work and commitment that you have demonstrated.

• I would just like to thank HSL Utilities for there excellent planning and expert help in constructing the new outdoor training school, the work was to decommission the training school in Harrogate and rebuild it in Bradford. the training school was for our new batch of apprentices for Openreach.
  
  In total there were in excess of 150 wooden telegraph poles installed, 201 removed/recovered,16 stays installed plus joint boxes and ducting,
  
  The scope of works were carried out in a safe and timely manner under some very severe weather conditions especially the rain.
